CORONAVIRUS

Our dental office has taken advanced precautions in addition to our already stringent sterilization techniques to create a safe environment during these times. You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. To maintain social distancing protocols we made the following modifications to help protect our patients and staff:

Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask pre-screening questions. We are using HEPA air filtration systems to eliminate aerosols, so you can rest assured that we are going above and beyond to ensure your safety. You need to wear a mask/face covering upon entering the office/medical building and use hand sanitizer (please bring your own mask; hand sanitizer is provided when you enter the building). We will take your temperature upon arrival and if it is above 100.4 degrees we will need to reschedule you.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. Please arrive on time and not early. If you arrive early, please stay in your car until it’s time for your appointment and then come to the office. We can only allow the patient to enter the office, unless you absolutely require assistance; your company must stay in the car during your appointment.

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID19

We are making changes to our office to have the appropriate social distancing protocols in place in order to ensure everyone’s safety. As we receive new information from the CDC and ADA we will adjust our protocols accordingly. We ask that you continue to be patient with us as we navigate this “new normal” in dentistry.

ENHANCED SAFETY PROTOCOLS

All patients will be asked COVID-19 screening questions prior to their appointment and will have their temperatures taken upon arrival.

We will be staggering appointments to limit the number of people in the office at any given time, and this will make the appointment days/times to choose from more limited.

The reception area has been reconfigured and we will no longer be providing reading material.

We will not be providing blankets to our patients and we ask that you please plan accordingly and bring the items you wish to use during your visit.

All staff will be wearing masks at all times in the office.

All patients will be required to wear their mask in the office unless instructed by staff to remove it once in the operatory room.

Plexiglas barriers have been placed at the reception desk to protect our staff and our patients.

HEPA filters are used in every operatory to decrease the amount of aerosolized particles.

We realize that these changes are going to be hard for everyone and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to make modifications to our office to ensure everyone’s safety.
